Abortion...The Facts and What Can Be Done

Since the Supreme Court decision of Roe v. Wade in 1973, there have been more than 50 million abortions in the United States. This travesty continues each day as women exercise their right to choose to end the life of their unborn babies. There are many women who walk into abortions not really understanding what it is that they are choosing. They have simply been told that they have a right to choose. It is my hope that the information in this blog will be useful to women who are considering abortion and will provide them with alternatives and hope. In addition, I hope that this blog will inspire others to stand up for the rights of the unborn child and take action.

About Me

My name is Michelle Stone and this is my family.  I am married to a wonderful man and we have 5 amazing sons.  I am passionate about advocating for the family and for children.  I grew up in a family where I was the only child that my parents could have.  They desperately wanted more children and I equally longed for siblings.  We were blessed with the opportunity to adopt two girls.  I will be forever indebted to the birth mothers of my sisters who selflessly chose to allow their daughters to be born instead of aborting them.  They then chose to allow their girls to be raised in a home where they would have two parents and a family who adored them.  I could not imagine life without them!

Every child has worth and value and I am dedicated to pursuing the cause of the rights of the unborn.  In the process of doing research for this blog, I saw many images and videos of aborted fetuses.  No horror film could have prepared me for the nature of those images.  I chose not to include any of the graphic descriptions, pictures, diagrams or videos of abortion.  These things are readily available on the internet for those who wish to find them.  The horror of abortion is a reality.  My hope is to inspire others to join in the cause and stand for the rights of the unborn.
